Hi! I’m Maddie White, a portrait and sports photographer based in Northeastern Oklahoma! I’ve been behind the camera since 2019, but in recent years, I’ve fully embraced my passion for capturing the energy of sports and the authenticity of portrait photography. I aim to create images that feel authentic and full of life. I value the connections I build with the people I work with—because at the end of the day, the relationships and experiences along the way matter just as much!
More about my experience
I graduated from Northeastern State University in December 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication, concentrating on relationships, and two minors in Media Studies and Sociology. What began as a high school hobby quickly evolved into a deep passion for photography. I've always loved being behind the camera—not just for the creative process, but for the ability to capture moments that hold meaning.
In the spring of 2024, I took my passion more seriously, starting with a class project that ultimately led to the creation of what was formerly known as Moments by Maddie. By October 2024, I reentered the world of sports photography, and from that moment on, I knew I had found my niche. Working with NSU football has been a rewarding experience, from capturing game-day action, recruit visits, and media day. I thrive in the fast-paced, high-energy environment of sports media, but I also love the personal connection that comes with portrait photography. I strive to create images that hold lasting meaning for those in them.
